Noreen Firearms LLC accepts the following methods of payment:

If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you provided the correct card number and expiration date and that the billing name and address match exactly what is on your credit card statement. Please contact your credit card company with any further questions.

Shipping and Handling

Noreen Firearms LLC ships internationally.


International orders require additional documentation and orders cannot be placed via our website. Contact our sales department directly at (406) 388-2200 to place your international order.


Our goal is 100% accuracy on quantity and timeliness for all shipments. Orders are processed Monday –Friday. All orders for in-stock merchandise are shipped within 72 hours.


If we do not have an item in stock, it will typically ship within one to four weeks.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE / RETURN
Return policy applies only to items purchased directly from Noreen Firearms LLC. If you are a dealer and purchased from a distributor, or an individual that purchased from a dealer, please contact your dealer or distributor for their return policy. For warranty items, please see Noreen Firearms LLC’s warranty
policy.

Items that adhere to the following may be exchanged or returned within 90 days for a full refund or original promotional value purchased price. In order to properly exchange or return items, please follow the below procedures:

 

Non-Returnable items

  • Labor
  • Items that are used or damaged (including firearms)
  • Ammunition
  • Custom items
  • Firearms
  • Lower Receivers 80% or 100% 

Original purchase receipt is required in shipment for returns and exchanges. Items must be in original condition and include all accessories and packaging. Ensure that apparel items remain unworn except for trying on, and have their original tags as they must remain suitable for restocking. If your product is defective, please see the warranty policy.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on firearms. The rifles are started with us and end with us and trust us for the money you cannot beat it. If you ordered a rifle you knew what you were getting into at the time of purchase. We are too invested into each firearm to consider refunds on them based on an impulsive decision or lack of knowledge on the product.

Our firearms are built so tight that they require several hundred rounds of firing to break in for reliable non stop service. Purchasing a Noreen Firearm is also an investment on your part, an investment in ammunition, optics, etc. This may require you the purchaser trying several different kinds of ammunition or accessories to accomodate your needs.
 

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the exchange/return is due to error on our part. A return authorization number is required for returns and can be obtained by contacting Noreen Firearms sales department during the business hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm MST Monday through Friday. We recommend you insure your package and ship it via a trackable carrier. Noreen Firearms LLC cannot replace or provide credit for any items lost during return shipping.

 

WARRANTY
Noreen Firearms LLC products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Warranty cards are included with all firearms and should be completely filled out and sent to Noreen Firearms LLC to activate the terms of the warranty. You can find the warranty card on the following page of this manual. You will also need to send a copy of your original purchase receipt.


Any such defect of which Noreen Firearms LLC is given written notice, as provided below, within one year from the date of first purchase by a customer will be remedied by Noreen Firearms LLC. This warranty is granted by Noreen Firearms LLC.

 

To initiate a warranty claim: E-mail techsupport@onlylongrange.com to get a “Return Merchandise Authorization”. Warranty claims should state the model and serial number of the gun, a description of the difficulty you are experiencing, and the date of purchase. It is recommended that shipment be insured by the owner, since Noreen Firearms LLC will accept no responsibility for loss or damage in transit. Transportation and insurance charges for return to owner will be paid by Noreen Firearms LLC, if the related claim is a proper claim for warranty work. The firearm should then be sent to Noreen Firearms LLC.

Noreen Firearms LLC reserves the right to deny anyone of their warranty if customer is noncompliant, harasing, public defamation of people working for Noreen Firearms LLC or Noreen Firearms LLC itself.


Apparel
We unconditionally guarantee all apparel products sold on our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. If you're unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color or size of an item you may return/exchange the item(s) within 30 days. Please follow the guidelines set forth in our apparel return/exchange policy and choose an item in another size or color or receive the appropriate refund amount.

 

Restrictions

Federal law prohibits the interstate sale of firearms to persons or entities not possessing a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). Noreen Firearms LLC sells firearms directly to individuals and dealer/distributors.
Individuals that purchase firearms are required by law to obtain the firearm from an entity possessing a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) and who in turn will sell/transfer the firearms only to a legally
authorized retail purchaser in compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Firearms WILL NOT be shipped directly to an individual that does not hold a valid FFL under any circumstance.

 

The terms licensed wholesaler or retailer on this Site does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of any such independent entity by us. They are not within our control, and we are not responsible in any manner for any of their policies or practices. If you have any questions concerning a firearms wholesaler or retailer, you should contact them directly, or contact your local law enforcement or regional Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms office listed in your local telephone directory.

If any legal disputes arise with Noreen Firearms LLC it will be handled in Gallatin County Montana where Noreen Firearms LLC premises is located. Doing business with Noreen Firearms LLC you acknowledge doing business in Montana and all that that entails. Noreen Firearms will not be held liable or accountable  any where other than Montana.

We may also transfer and disclose Personal Information to third parties: (1) in the event we are required to respond to a court order, subpoena, discovery request, or other legal process, or if in our good faith opinion such disclosure is required by law; (2) at the request of governmental authorities conducting an audit or investigation; (3) to verify or enforce compliance with our Terms of Use, other agreements or policies governing a Web Site, or applicable laws, rules, and regulations; or (4) whenever we believe disclosure is necessary to limit our legal liability or to protect or enforce the rights, interests, or safety of a Web Site, its users or other third parties. We also reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we, in good faith, believe to be unlawful.

Except as indicated above, Noreen Firearms LLC will not disclose to others, any of your Personal Information unless we have your express permission.

Noreen Firearms LLC may, however, share non-personally identifiable information, such as Web Site Usage Information or other aggregated user statistics, as well as anonymous information derived from Personal Information, such as de-identified user information, with third parties for any purpose.
